Thats the only weapon I've ever seen close to no negatives but I haven't looked really hard so...

^ dude... 15%>HP or whatever mod like that dont have negatives...
only Permanent % dmg weapons have Negatives.. a very few doesnt but those are real rare.

actually no there are 14% 15% weapons all time with no penelties wat so ever

they do exist, ive seen one 15% with no negative, but i think anything that good would sell for 1,400,000, gold and 7 items 15% always with -10 armor while attacking, or 15% above 15%, and materials for fissure armor, and tons of sup absorb and vigor runes. they only dropped in the first week or two of ther games retail existance, so very few people have them

I've seen about 3 of them in game so far (2hammers and an axe) but unfortunately, 2 of the hammers were customized and forgot the name of the axe owner...
