Yes, another Gwen idea

I was readin something on another site about Gwen. There i read that during beta, Anet unleashed Gwen on all the players in GW. It would be cool it Anet would do that again. But she would only hit in towns so it doesnt mess people up on quests. it could be totally random so no one would see it coming.

i watched one of the videos, of a group of necro dancers at the catacombs dancing with the thriller song, and all of a sudden gwen appeared near the end of the actual music, in such a form that it kinda merged with the video, so far i have yet to be to one of the type of events the BWE had at their ending, the only events i have assisted have been the wintersday and the hallowen one.

i for one /sign this, as i would love to see a random event, at least once a week or month to spice GW life a little bit

gwen burning things up?? I've been 8 months playing and I never saw such a thing. Was it earlier on? Still... I'd like to see her again in post, as an enemy boss hopefully

From what I understand, they ended one of the pre-release betas with gwens doing that. It was a once off event. Much like how the last factions beta ended.

Well I imagine that there will be a beta chapter 3.

Yea but Gwen isn't (hopefully) part of chapter 3. She belongs to chapter 1.

Also, based on "clues" left around Tyria, I believe Gwen is probably either somewhere near Sanctum Cay or drowned in the sea (the tatered girl's cape found in stingray strand).

Anet should make a mini expansion and put a bunch of Gwen related content, like missions that tell you about what happened to her. It could be like when SF was introduced, it wasn't something u had to pay for, it was just given to everyone

You pick up flowers and she demands them! The green ! comes over her head.
I think they should make some super ultimate quest involving her. That gives you a mega-weapon. Or some extra kick arse skill. Alot of people put her aside, but I have the pieces of the puzzle waiting in my storage.

A warrior would get one of the following

-16-28 Sword
-8-32 Axe
-21-45 Hammer

Rangers would get one of many of the varieties of bows in 20-35 damage

And casters would get a 15-25 wand/stave, class limited depending on what class solves the quest. Your class only attribute would be the key.


This quest would not be extremely difficult but would require alot of running around. It would be many quests in one. That would lead up to the a final task and then a weapon.

and if everyone had super weapons, wheres the fun in pve and pvp?

I only intereacted with gwen pre-searing doing quests which involved her (ie get her flute)

I uh.. let the skale kill gwen. I don't want her to come back... she'd be mad.
