Hmmm... I've not been bonding for awhile, but still fight in FA Kurzick side, and have noticed that there are usually more Monks on the Luxon side than Kurzick.
The advantage that Monks can give to the Kurzicks is huge, yet they seem to be rare. If I encounter Monks in FA, more often than not they're on the Luxon side protecting the turtles.

I have been playing with Disenchantment on the Luxon side, and I absolutely agree that it's almost impossible to keep it up to stop a bonder with the Elementalists casting Unsteady Ground.
I've been playing with other skills to give Disenchantment a fighting chance (i.e. Signet of Creation, Spirit Boon Strike, etc.) but can't quite get the spirit to last long enough to be an effective Bonder counter.
Any thoughts?

if you want to have a better chance to defeat that, well of weariness works well, 1 second casting, recharges fast, costs 10 energy.

I suggest NOT TO USE Well of Profane. It is very clumsy way to strip enchantments in maps like FA
You should use....Gaze of Contempt! It is not tied to any attribute and it will remove ALL enchantments if target is above 50% hp so it works well for secondary necromancers too. Really a "godly" skill against all things which hide behind enchantments. Time it well for example just when turtle is about to shoot and bonders are like "WTF just happened?!" when NPC fall to his kneels and dies.
