Baseline Pricing on Rare Skin Weapons

Rain change the ghostly prices... I got 10/10's with decent reqs for 90k and 100k. They aren't 250k+...

Why are there no wands up there?

Dragons breath wand is something I'm trying to PC-but it's on neither price check/guideline for weapons.

Alot of people use these guidelines, those prices are up-to-date right?

to a degree, a thread like this requires ppl to help out aswell, not alot of ppl are doing that.

You are always free to make a post for any items you are unsure about, if your post gets closed by a guru then report them imo..this whole "use the sticky" nonsense is rubbish...granted you should check here and search through the last 5-10 pages to check for any items that are the same or close to yours.

I'd like an addition of +5 Energy Prophecies Skins. I know for sure that Brute Swords and Serpent Axes have dropped with +5 Energy on them. I am the proud owner of a +5 Energy Serpent Axe and am completely unsure of its value. I currently use it on my monk.

How about Celestial Daggers? They aren't on the list. Are they not considered rare?

agreed... it's funny cuz all kinda people have no problem gripping cuz prices are "so wrong" but aren't really helping...

and yeah, I've been frustrated with everyone using the "check the stickie" phrase... if you've seen some constant prices just say a price

also honestly, anything with the name celestial or zodiac isn't really rare they seem to be overfarmed...

With +5 energy weapons there is naturally a lot of variation due to the niche market they exist in. If these prices are added to the listing, however, things will even out somewhat.

As far as my reasoning for the prices, I've seen these go for this much, and done quite a bit of selling of both items. I'm fully confident in the range.

One edit: I have seen some posts about +5 energy swords being listed too high on the price scale. The main reason listed is that they take forever to sell at their listed price. This isn't a reason to drop their listing, as many do sell at those prices. What people have to realize is that more often than not a +5 energy sword is a monk item, and not a warrior item. Thus, there are fewer buyers, and it takes longer to match a buyer and seller up. I've sold a req 9 GPS +5energy for 100k+15e, and a few celestials for the price ranger listed above.

It takes time, however. The amount of people running around with 100k +xx ectos to spend freely is few, and even fewer if you are selling an item not commonly used by warriors. Still, the market is there and just because your 15^50 zodiac sword sells like cupcakes at fat camp, that doesn't mean the +5 energy is worth markedly less.

Are the gold max 15^50 Dragon Scythes still going for 30-50k? I'm having a very hard time selling them, and then some guy pm'd me in-game and said they're worth considerably less.

Give you an idea. 15^50 req 12 Dragon Scythe went for 5.5k in the auctions. Turned out to be a fake bid. Now some req 8's I'm dealing with have a single bid at the moment of 36k, but also are being checked frequently. I'd expect a small bid war in the final hours. I'll post the results down the line.

Now for Gothic Swords. Especially the stance ones, most are overpriced. A month back I put one in the auction, pointed people towards it. +15% stance (req 9) went for 32k then. It had a small bidding war that drove it up from 20k starting. Recently I sold another for only 10k, a single bid. I've watched other people struggle to sell them. A req 10 that was modded up with a zealous and health +29 at 7k with a little more than a day left. The only Gothic Sword with +15% stance I've seen actually going high was a req 8 that went for 50k, which is still below what is listed. It was taken by a single bid.

I'm not seeing the interest in them to command the prices listed.


Some of us wanted our facts down before we really set to work on this.

prices will continue to fall, they wont be stable till after nightfall arrives then every faction item will be <200k just like chapter 1 items

be looking at 200K for the rarer items
100-150k for low req zodiacs/dual gothics ect
10-100k for the rest

now feelblade are crashed a lot. I bought 1 at 170k when i viwed this post and now i am selling it for 100k

cant expect prices to stay high forever..i remember the days when you could sell a req8 fell for 800k with no problems now ive seen req8 with a b/o of 100+10e and ppl still dont take b/o

So, for a req 10, would 15-20k be reasonable?

ah yes, the golden age of trading when rare items were truly rare and desired. ah well, can't expect such things to last forever.

Not trying to beat a dead horse but I was wondering.

I got a req 7 Fellblade last night in FoW. It was a white not a gold. Its max damage also.
If i put the mods on it is it worth the same as a gold fellblade?
Also are whites in general worthless?
