How much would this weapon go for, normally and how much would it go for with mods? I'm thinking of not modding it because people can mod to their own preference then, instead of having paid for mods that they don't wand but did increase the price. Is this smart or should i go searching for the standard 20/20 sundering + 30 health mods?

Don't mod it, you'll restrict your clientele base; the req and dmg bonus will carry the sale fine.
