I believe that it isn't fair to luxons in a luxon guild to have to farm kurz faction in order to get Moebius Strike. I think they should add another sin boss with Moebius Strike to gyala hatchery explorable(corresponds with eternal grove) so that luxons can stay luxons.
Also if there are any other elites that are only on one side of the lux/kurz border then they should make duplicates of those on the opposite side too.

If a skill can only be capped by one side or the other, I will support adding a boss with it to the other side and/or a netural area (netural area being any area that is not between eaither Gyala Hatchery and Unwaking or between Eternal Grove and Unwaking)

For PVP, you can unlock it through faction.
If you want it for PVE - Go for it. What's the problem to get those few faction points and cap your skill? I had to get 10k Luxon Faction just to get the Protector of Cantha Title and well, i'm still alive.

Go to the Echovald Forest and cap your skill.
You can just go back and get luxon faction and your kurz will go back to 0.
There are many elites that are in one place and not the other, not JUST mobieos (?) strike, unsteady ground, second wind, healing light, many more. Your gunna have to explore each side if u wanna unlock them for PVP, unless you wanna do 3k balth.
They would have to add more than two areas to implement all of the elites on either side, there are at least 2 for each class hidden in opposing territory.

You'll have to go over there if you want Protector of Cantha. Really, we Kurzicks don't bite. Just like no one *really* likes the slums, but push through it anyways, you'll just have to push through Kurzick territory. It won't hurt. Really.

Yeah, I don't see the point of this too. There are numerous elites that are only '1 sided'. If you REALLY want Moebius Strike badly enough to start a petition in these forums, you'd probably have made better progress farming for that 10k faction and doing 1 mission. Who knows, you may have gotten there if you weren't too lazy as well as "NO! I HATE THE KURZICKS! DEATH TO KURZICKS!" etc etc. In all honesty, I doubt ANet are going to to accommodate people who don't want to explore 1/2 their game.

I don't have an assassin, but I will /sign this. Honestly, I don't see why the rest of you are so bothered by it. There's little harm in allowing people to cap their skills on their prefered side. And there is certainly no harm in encouraging people to play their roles more. The RP aspect of this game is shoddy as it is without making people swap sides as often as they change their underwear. What is the point of discouraging the RP? In fact, why even bother having the whole concept of Factions if you have to jump to the other side?
Besides, a Luxon Mesmer is a laughable thought. Why would my Mesmer set foot anywhere near those barbarians?

Well then, think about it like this. You're being forced to perform reconaissance work to gain the knowledge of skills not available to you. If your good friend Elder Rhea knew the skills, she'd surely teach them to you. However, she doesn't. The only person that knows this skill is located deep inside enemy territory. The only way to obtain this skill is to capture it from your enemy's dead corpse, which obviously, requires close proximity. For the sake of your Luxon nation, you go undercover. You befriend the Kurzicks, though hating them the entire time, and you gain their trust so you have access to their lands. Once in, you head to the abode of the wily one whose skill you wish to obtain knowledge of, kill him, and then run back home, victorious. You then ironically use this knowledge to kill your foe, the Kurzicks, then dance on their corpses.

Now the whole "hey, its easy to farm kurz faction" was on my mind a while back too, but then I thought "oh stuff im in a LUXON GUILD!" so one, I have to rely on ridiculous pugs, two aspenwood is so badly favored to luxons it's not even funny, three since being in a lux guild I can't AB which is the best way to gain faction, finally like undivine said it's also about RP, besides I can't see a bloody thing on the kurz side and like many have said luxons can't STAND Kurzicks.

Xeeron I want the skill for my PvE sin, and CHUIU I'm not a wuss because I don't have enough time on the net each day to spend the loooong time to farm frickin kurz faction(I only have 1 1/2 hours to be exact) especially with aspenwood being so badly lopsided toward luxons. Ya know for those people that signed thankyou, for the people that have tried to flame he who is consisted of lfame, come up with something better than "stop being lazy" I wish all of you would tell that to all the people who are saying "Nerf touch rangers becuase I can't counter them!" And I have half of a mind to say that the people who are flaming me are some of the ones who are crying about touchies. Come up with a good reason why this shouldn't ahppen and I will bend to your way of thinking, until then I am unwavering.

The kurzicks have more elite skills than the luxons. if they were more distributed evenly by profession, so you have to explore both then I dont have a problem.
