A really good idea^^
I dont think it should be only the quests where you come from, as some quests shouldnt count anyway. It would be kinda mean if you couldnt get 100% because you didnt do all quests in pre/all second prof quests on cantha etc.

I don't see why they don't have this already, I mean it'd be so useful. The only problem with it is that there are the Sorrow's Furnace and Factions quests that you can't finish because you can do them over and over again. Here's my suggestion for names:
60% - Tyrian/Canthan Citizen
70% - Tyrian/Canthan Slave
80% - Tyrian/Canthan Too Helpful
90% - Tyrian/Canthan King's Quester
100% - Tyrian/Canthan Only Able Body
Of course I wanted them to get worse and worse the more you do until the economy fails because the citizens no longer know how to do anything for themselves. I mean why would you do something for yourself when you can put a green '!' above your head to attract people to do your stuff for you? Of course King's Quester is following in the GW tradition of hidden stuff like Rodgort, Kind of a big deal, and Killroy Stonekin to the old original King's Quest series that many people like myself started weird medival games like this. Maybe some of the names can be interchanged like Slave and Too Helpful, but mostly I like what I came up with, now flameinate my post plx thz bie.

Yeah it would be great. (C'mon Anet)
BUT... what about all the quests that are "limited" (like the 3-4 Dragon Festival quests... the "Can't we all get along?" faction preview quests etc.)
Some players may NEVER have the option to DO those quests (like if I bought the game today)...

Festival quests... should not be included.
Pre-Searing quests (or any area you can't get back to for future chapters) ... not sure. Seems to me that the Explorer titles set a precedent that those areas don't "count".
Skill quests (prophecies) - all classes must be completed. Otherwise, I'd be abel to switch the Adventurer title on and off as I switch secondaries. If the skill capture title comes from all classes, then Adventurer should do the same. TBH, those quests are pretty darn easy by the time you get to where you can switch secondaries (ie soloable in most cases).
Repeatable quests (like the faction farming ones) - might need a recode to be able to tell if you've done it once. I think its important that you have to complete the quest once, but since these quests don't stay on your L screen when you leave the town, I can see reason for not including them.
All that being said, I'm all in favor of a questing title. I'm a freak about finding the hidden quests and having an empty L window.

Wasnt there a screenshot with a title "..." XX of 2000 quests completed? I'm sure I've seen that. That was a screenshot with a popular pvp player (monk) on it.
Pompeyfan
/signed as already earned this title on 4 characters in Tyria and 2 in Cantha

What about quests that you can't get on import characters? i.e. Elonaian quests on Tyrian characters?
If that's addressed, /signed.

This and the bestiary titles are the best ideas I've heard for new title tracks. Both would also give new reasons to venture into Realms of the Gods.

Yes, there was. I think it was in an A-net preview when they were first telling us about titles. When titles went live and that one wasn't there, I was really disappointed. They must have left it out for some reason but I can't imagine what it is.
Also, I'd like a title for FoW and SF quests. So hard to find people who want to do them, everyone is so farming-obsessed.

/signed, I like this idea, it would give me a reason to do those quests (mostly in Tyria) with rewards I don't consider to be worth the effort currently.
Trouveur

So its a title to show whether you have completed all the quests in a campaign.
/signed if so
But I dont think the measurement should be in %.
It should be a count of how many of the actual quests you have achieved.
Otherwise how do you actually know whether youve missed one simply by seeing a % level.
There has been plenty of times when after finishing Tyria or Cantha, ive been walking around 2 months later and suddenly....
"OMG a quest I missed"
...for all I know there might be more. But I doubt it.
It would also incourage people do all the quests. For instance the Titan or SF quests which alot of people miss out at the end of Tyria.
/signed if you use a "completed/total" count system.

I HATE when people skip quests.
They are there to be made.
Another reson to make them would be really great.
Protector for Missions, Adveturer for Quest.
Look! I have 350/360! XD
Sounds GREAT.

A possible solution would be like the Cartographer titles. You achieve 100% of the map explored, yet there is a little leeway, actually 102% map, but lets newer players still achieve the title.
For example, there could be (hypothetically) 1050 quests, but since some quests are unattainable, the maxed title would require 1000. I dunno, just a suggestion.
Totally 100% for this being put into the game.

While I don't actively complete all the quests after lvl 20, this might just persuade me to start. Very good idea

Would love to see it... the only possible problems I see are profession-specific quests, as well future addittion of new quests (ex. Sorrow's Furnace).

So what for the Missions? You "have" to pass them to go threw the game, Not Quests, Quests are optional, Which amkes it an even more Worthwhile title.

Love the idea of an "Adventurer" title, especially if it gave an indicator that you'd missed something...though finding out what could prove.... interesting..

Well, as long as there are some separate ones for the Realms of the Gods.

Points are better than percent.
/signed if you go with points. I might even consider playing with humans again if they implement this. At this point my heroes are better than any random humans I could possibly come across. It's pathetic that Dunkoro can heal better than any human monk.

I like this idea. I always do all the quests, then check on GuildWiki that I haven't missed any,and I don't see why pointless grind gets titles, but after truly doing everything, you don't get one. I reccomend that the title announcer be in the form "this many of that many possible quests completed (such a percent)" Possible means that mutually exclusive quests, quests that you couldn't do because they show up before you arrive on the continent, and (possibly) other profession's quests are discounted. what should the titles be?
60% - Tyrian/Canthan/Elonan busybody
70% - Tyrian/Canthan/Elonan handyman
80% - well spoken of in Tyria/Cantha/Elona
90% - Tyrian/Canthan/Elonan liberator
100% - Hero the the people of Tyria/Cantha/Elona
