D'Alessio Seaboard - best access to surfing. Although the waves in the Jade Sea look like they would have rocked before they turned to jade.

fisherman's haven...nice beach, close to ocean for surfing (I never saw any waves though :P), I guess food would be fish, just nice overall. Or maybe a treehouse in maguuma.

Dreadnaughts Drift also here, Maw seems so lonely (btw, hes my favorite boss in the entire game, i went up to beat him TWICE because it was so challenging and time consuming, beat him with 60% dp and 2 hours in the hole)
