Wow, I live across the street from Gunn, how come I haven't heard about this..?
Rest in Peace, Garth.
A fellow Guild Wars play has left us.

Just friendly advice from someone who has seen it transpire in several attempts at in game memorials - don't. Best wishes to your friend's family. |
Tend to his family and friends, not to a community where some punk @$$hole might come and ruin it.
Best wishes

Much like it was said, it is better to keep it a private memorial and not a largly public one. you will be angered by people who don't know better, don't care, and want to piss off others in any matter possible.
I wouldnt hold a largly public one, and if there was one, i would go and probably be angered myself at the behavior that will most likely be evident.
And yet, may he travel safely to the Mists, and be among those in the
Hall of Heros!!!

I have a shield of anonymity on the internet, and I COULD choose to act like an asshole about this guy's death, but I also have a strong code of ethics and I won't. It's too bad I can't say the same for others on the internet. So it's best to leave the mourning to real life people and not to people over the internet who lives thousands of miles away and probably don't care.
