Yet another farming movie.

Question:

I am following the skill listing above except for Bonetti's because my second profession is a Mesmer and when I am using he four enchantments: Mending, Belthazar's Spirit, Protective Bond and Essence Bond, when I further get hit, I don't gain any energy. This of course becomes a problem and I cant use my smiting spells. Any solution? Blessed signet kind of sucks in this situation.

Also, unlike the movie, I find that I get damaged a lot! my health can be 105 but I can still be taken down by a larger group very quickly. I am using armour from Ascalon with Sup. Runes. Again, any solutions?

I am a Mo/Me20.

Is that the 30 AC armor? That will be a major problem, i'm sure the video guy at least had 60 AC armor. Also chances are you will have to boost your protective prayers enough so you oly loose 1 energy per hit from protective bond....[if it's like 3 then you'll prolly never have energy etc]. I'd say protective bond's energy usage is the critical thing here.

Also based on what i said , chances are you probably can't use this tactic at a low level when your attribs are low [-4 energy lost per hit from protective bond is no good, simple as that].

the armor doesn't matter, because no matter what you're only losing a percentage of health.

Just a little warning here, when trying to download this *.wmv file my Norton Antivirus went nuts and listed Trojan warnings & Quarentine.

Here's a suggestion of something that might run smoother for you.

1. balthazar's aura
2. symbol of wrath
3. divine boon
4. zealot's fire
5. protective bond
6. essence bond
7. balthazar's spirit
8. shield of protection/anything can go here really.
attributes:

14 prot, the rest in divine and smiting

Just lay zealots fire on your self and then spam divine boon a lot, use your smiting spells too of course.

You could take Divine Spirit instead of Symbol of Wrath, it lets you clear up stragglers or lonely bosses (which generally don't hit you fast enough to provide much energy through balth.spirit and essence bond) by giving a 10+s window in which you can spam divine boon at low cost (cancelling the enchantment maintenance between every cast is optimal since the -2 energy side effect of divine boon triggering itself won't activate then, and the reduction in healing is not an issue if you're facing a loner anyway) which usually takes out the straggler, and should at least give you enough leverage around bosses.

It was nice while it lasted, now there're added rock devourers all over the place.

the build isnt considered an exploit, farming is considered to be an exploit by the RoC. since its "an unfair advantage over other players" which is total bs because everyone does it lol

i am speaking very technically here, most of you know this, as i have my own smite monk griffon farming video up in one of the sections here lol

i couldnt tell but did you have 10 hp? and i must say your build is unique, ive never seen anyone do it with mending before

i give this movie a 8/10, it was a little small on my screen but other than that good job!!!
