question on -1 energy regen

is it equal to -1 energy every 2 sec ?

It means you have -1 regeneration arrow on your energy.

Meaning if you have 4 arrows like a monk and you maintain 4 enchantments like this you would no longer be regenerating energy at all

Each arrow/pip/whatever of energy regen you have will regenerate 1 energy every 3 seconds. Therefore, -1 energy regen would cause you to degenerate 1 energy every 3 seconds, or 1/3 energy every second.

-1 energy regen really blows on warrior class.

it blows on any class, i dont even use the +24 energy things anymore, it takes you too long to recharge because of the -1

-1 regen sucks the big one, I've got a collectors healing ankh on my monk and takes her forever to recharge, on the other side though I think I get like +27hp and and extra +30 or so energy.....sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it.

With a matched set of wand and focus, you can get +30 energy, but -2 energy regen. It's good to switch from your regular set to that in an emergancy situation. You'll get a big boost of energy. However, be aware that when you switch back, you'll lose 30 energy, which can actually give you negative energy for a bit.
