I hate this gaile sense of mentality that a lot of you have. Have you ever seen a penis? I for one have! So, there for, I'm a mature person and I don't get offended when someone draws one on the map. I'm sure your son has seen a penis too! And I'm sure your daughter hasn't seen a penis and there for doesn't know what's even being drawn on the map! Last and not least, The person in your party was actually drawing a rocket, not a penis.

I suppose I should clarify one thing, I don't find the drawings offensive in any way. Just rediculously childish. That's the type of behaviour ten year olds engage in under the covers with a flashlight; it really doesn't belong in the game. Perhaps I have a lower level of tolerance for this degree of childishness and should relax a bit, but I am who I am.

Hmmm, If it isn't hurting you, Why in the ---- should anyone have to refrain from drawing whatever shapes they feel like on the mini map, Hmmm? Sure you don't feel it belongs in the game, But I feel that a lot of things/people don't belong in this game either, but I don't complain about it or expect it to be removed.

Good summary, that's exactly what I've picked up from reading this. Anyway, it is a game people and it's meant for entertainment of not just the "mature," but all that play it. I know that plenty of teams I play along with tend to enjoy the seldom at the end of a good battle or just here and there.

I don't think it's so much the penisses and stuff that upsets people.
It's the drawing of non-quest/mission related images that does.
Esp. in the more difficult mission where you have to get a team of people through, and instead of watching the stoplines being drawn, they rush around argossing mobs like it's the only thing they can do, or paint directions and arrows that oppose your own or the leaders drawings.
Sometimes it's like they only joined the mission to fail it on purpose.

well ya i dont care what they draw, it could be the greatest landscape map drawing of all time, if it has nothing to do with the mission at hand it doesnt belong on the map.. if you have the urge to draw something all of a sudden grap a pen and some paper and bam

Harrasment - if someone is doing something you find offensive - and you make it clear to them that it is offensive, as them to stop, and they persist - then by legal definition, they are engaging in harrasment.
Personally - I wont tolerate that sort of behavior - and I will make it clear I dont - and then - I will quite happily leave the group if it persists. Since I dont know who the immature jerkwads are in the group - I'll just make sure not to group with any of them.

The way I see it, when people over ping the map or draw crap I leave the group and find another one to play with.
Don't have the time to play with morons. I don't want your smily happy faces, your boobs, your swear words or male penises on my mini-map.
I always ask people to stop, if you continue I leave.
Also why do people ping more then once? I mean I do if there is a need of panic... but once in a UW PuG there was people pinging 5 times in a row constantly... then again the guys doing it were bossy, so once I found a storm bow I left... call me evil maybe, but my time is limited.

Well, speaking from a woman's perspective, male genetalia ARE funny. But...not in my games and certainly not with strangers. 
All it really shows is a horrid lack of maturity. I just ignore it since it blessedly goes away in about 10 seconds.
