Missed skills in pre-searing

I just started a new character: N/Me and I had only a few skills (in pre-searing?) and already entered the Academy (post-searing, right?)
So, can I learn those skills in the real world (post-searing)? Or do I have to start over and play the tutorial again?

yes, dont worry all the skills you get in pre-searing are available in post-searing.

You can get them, some by skills and some by quests. I believe you'll still have to end up spending some skill points to buy it at ascalon city though.

If I remember right the skill trader in Ascalon City offers them all

skill trader (trainer) offers skills from previous areas that you didn't get. the one in Ascalon City has the pre-searing skills.

Actually, only the skill trainers in major cities offer skills from previous areas (to be specific, skill trainers in major cities only offer skills that can also be obtained from quests, without having to spend a skill point. Skill trainers in secondary towns offer skills that you can't get anywhere else (besides capping).
