I was just wondering what kind of "Eternal" like weapons people have found. I found a Chaos Axe and a Eternal Sheild (I will try to post a picture latter). I have also seen the eternal like bows. So I want to make this thread to see what people found. Please post pictures.

The sheild in the picture is an eternal sheild. So I am just using its name for the other weapons that are clear and glowing since I don't know their names.

I believe it is confirmed that in underworld, if you get far enough, you can reach a crafter who basically crafts lvl 20 armour sets just like Ventari. The difference is that it's about 1/3 costlier, with having new ingredients required, and alot more gold. There isn't any real benefits, but the looks are much different. Someone said their player (mes/war I believe) had an option to craft a "eternal set". So it's like a trophy armour set for those who wish to look cool, but offer no real advantage in combat over ventari's. Still though, I'd definately want to look like a cool version of the ghostly hero

Is that a eternal dragon sword in the last screenshot? You got a screenshot of it in action? Or was it the dragon sword you showed earlier? Cause it doesn't look eternal compared to the axe and bow. I've never had axe or dragon sword eternal 
Only Shield/Bow. Shadow bow and Fellblade were alright, but shadow bow stunk anyways.

Yeah you get the eternal weapons from the fissure of woe. I am standing right outside Lions Arc in the picture. I cleared all the enemies in Fissure and my group got a few of these weapons (I was the only one to get 2 ) and in that screenshot is that the crystal sword I heard about. Do you have a better picture up it. Also wht is the name of that bow.

How did you make the blade of the dragon sword diffrent colors??? Did they chage that when you dye the dragon sword it changes the blade.

I think the storm bow is horrible in terms of firing rate eternal is pretty good for having decent range and a fairly straight trajectory.

Wow, I want. But the fissure of woe is insanely hard. I went in with my party and we got wasted (prolly because we were lvl 16 )

yea it kinda bugs me that i have played this since the first beta and have never had a dragon sword or eternal weapon

Those weapons are outrageously awesome! I'm going to make sure to leave room in my collection of skill points so I can buy skills specifically to master those levels. Who cares about farming riverside when you can farm the Fissure of Woe (of course, you'll need a couple more people)
PS: I found a crappy shadow sword. (real crappy). I never sold it cause I liked how looked. But I didn't get it from the Fissure. I think a Maguuma Centuar dropped it.

i found a shadow sword, but never equiped it, did it have a special look when equiped or just a regular look?

Yeah when I first found my axe and sheild I was so excited. The only problem os with farming Fissure is that it takes such a long time and barly any eternal weapons drop. My group cleared all the enemies in fissure in 4 hours and only found: 2 eternal sheild, 1 chaos axe, and a 1 eternal bow. So that is like 1 eternal weapon per hour. It is also insanly hard to clear Fissure.
Raumoheru you haven't seen the eternal weapons before because the were just put in the game last weekend.
Also the shadow blades really aren't that rare. I found a 3 in a couple hours in Riverside Provence. i also found one in Ascalon droped by a char. lol

yeah but you can get more out of the Fissure than you can get out of Riverside. If you go with a group of people you trust, you can trade around all the good items to those who need them and then sell the extras.

Wow looking at that makes me wonder how many secretive items there are that are basically cool looking... eek This makes PvE after level 20 that much more rewarding to find all these "l33t" looking type items... and hearing they are only for look status and what not makes it good for those that only want competitive play.

That is true Weezer, but that is assuming Fissure is open to your world and only your world 24/7. Those missions aren't consistant
The only advantage is that they drop nice things, but even then, I'd only suggest Fissure. Underworld is for the armour craft, but has squatt drops.
And even then, for unlocking purposes, riverside > fissure. Fissure is pure loot for RP characters, and I doubt any of them have +20% on enchant on them any time soon.

I was able to find an eternal bow, but I didn't get any eternal equipment that I could use effectively. At the time, however, I was playing a character who was supposed to have black equipment, and I found a 15-22 fellblade and a 16 armor shadow shield. They are both jet black, and if you look at the surface of the fellblade you can see shadows moving across it. I was by far the most dangerous looking warrior in any given PvP because of those weapons. (mostly harmless though) I really hope more cool equipment like this is added in the release. I don't care if it does 1-2 damage, but it better look good.

Yes Fellblade is black and reflective. Very cool looking sword, probably better then dragon in a way

Yeah I'm wondering what the armor would look like too. I con't see it being translucent, but wouldn't look too great if it was opaque...

yeah, this BWE I used a 15-21 Icy Fellblade of Warding, was crazy ill, have a few videos of it, if anyone wants to see in action. I also found a shadow sword, but it wasn't a good one... still looked mad cool though. Two coolest swords in the game I've seen so far. I need that Shadow Shield tho, got stuck with a Tall Shield, which is the nicest looking normal shield.. but Shadow, for my W/N.... oh man.

it does it with armour and every other item you can dye as well. when you dye something it automatically turns its icon blue... all over. even if it will look nothing like that when you actually see it on your guy.

Ok i loved the wands you get at like lvl 2 and such but ummm the stuff you get later on OMG ROCKS, I knew this game was awesome. I only played to lvl 9 and the weapons already looked better then most stuff in eq and such. This game is gonna be awesome. =D
