Its a halfmoon Req. 8 with Dmg while health is over 50% And its max dmg

only problem is it isnt 15%... its 14%... and i realy dont know how much this is worth...

So how much is this almost but not quite perfect halfmoon worth?

I have one on auction at rpgtraders for 110k, req 10. a bit overpriced, I would realistically price at 100k if it has crap mods.

I wouldn't pay more than 40k for it, but that's just my opinion.
