Lady Blue Steel's PREMIUM Running Service (you've never seen anything like this)
Blue Steel
We have updated our pricing and information a little in an effort to answer lots of questions in one place and simplify the process. Check out our new services thread at here: Blue & Blurr
Thanks!
Thanks!

i dont know, if 4k to droknar isnt too much, but if its a reasonable price, here you got your free bump.
or is 4k for the whole party? then id say... yay
if you consider going down a bit (if you charge 4k per person), i might throw a round for some friends. we are all ascended, but everyone wants to see a droknar run sometime.
maybe you can make us this special deal, and in return i would post a feedback here.
feel free to contact me ingame.

Hey Gedscho, the price is per person, just to clarify, but my general policy for group discounts is that if a full party is available (5 others for a droknar's forge run), then I will give either (1) the organizer (you) the run for free or (2) discount everyone in the party 25% of the cost (so you would all pay 3K instead of 4K), but not both.
A forge run by an exceptional runner is definitely something to see.

Drok's runs are free for people in my Halo 2 clan and in my GW guild, but the other runs are only half price for guild and clan members. Oh, and thanks for the compliments about the sword.
OverlordTyrael
hehe Blue you better give me that free run <3

Very nice blade let me just say..I wouldn't sell it either, hence the custom job..lol
Kago Seirei
Pricey, pricey. I guess I'll just get my friends to run me to places. xD
Laetitia of Yenemi
based upon your pricing scales, I take it a run from Yak's Bend to Droknar's would be 5k? If so I am interested, look for Laetitia of Yenemi IG and I will pay that for a run.

Lady Blue ran my 2nd toon (after 1st had completed the game) because my gaming buddies needed an effective monk for questing (Alesia sortof sucks) so....I worked my tail off to get to Beacons, and there I found Lady Blue doing runs. Well worth the cost and she (or he...who knows who is behind the toon) is intertaining to boot.
She is the real deal.
She is the real deal.

Thanks for your interest everyone. Yes, Overlord Tyrael, we can work something out for sure: I'll do deals for my Halo 2 clan, my Guild Wars guild, and my PvP team (plus people who I can count on to let me know if they see cool Tall shields kicking around . . .)
But yes, the standard prices are for a premium service; these are no ordinary runs we are talking about, and there is great value in not having to impose on friends' time and being confident that you will reach the intended destination extremely quickly. Likewise, a premium service isn't for everyone. This is like flying first class, it's for the elite . . .

how bout from ventaris refuge to asension
Blue Steel
People can message me in game for "custom" runs, but I would be inclined to say that ventari's to augury, completing all 3 of the trials of ascension along the way, would be something like 50K. The expensive part is the trials of ascension, and the fact that it would probably be a solo run (no other passangers at all). I can also run people through the ascension trials on an individual purchase basis, just contact me when I'm online.

Yikes almost 24 hours without a mod seeing this :O.
Well I'm not going to close it unless an admin asks me to or people start telling me you scammed them.
But uh Blue Steel I'd PM an admin and ask about this. I'd point it out to them but my PM thing is on the fritz.
The forum is really for GW items/gold only but....

MCS, thanks for your thoughts! As you noted, there is a problem with the forum PM system, so it is difficult to get pre-approval for this series of offers, but I appreciate the concern and the desire to protect the community. I have never scammed anyone (though I have been a victim more than once ), but I will gladly remove the advertisement if it violates the terms of anything (this forum, the guild wars EULA, or anything else). As far as I can tell, providing a running service for in-game gold is not prohibited in any way, and in fact occurs regularly.
I was actually thinking of you (though I had not asked you yet) when I wrote this part:
I am not sure how many people will be interested in the executive runs anyway, but I think the prices are very fair considering the amount of time it takes to make a run (especially the very elaborate ones that include completing missions).
Chris the Motley - I'm happy to take you to Droknar's but I do work during the day and am usually only on-line in the evenings, and not every evening, either. Check for me online, as long as I'm not in a mission, in PvP, in the middle of another run, or about to stop playing for the night, I'd be happy to take you.
When the PM system is working again, it helps to just shoot me a message with times that you are free and I'll coordinate customers to minimize delays and maximize the efficiency (I'd like to have full parties whenever possible to make the trips worth my time, as well). The Droknar's Forge run is an easy one to find a few people in beacon's perch, anyway, though, so as long as you and I are on at the same time, we can pick up a few people there to fill out the group.

You have pm.

The PMs appear to be working again.
I personally have nothing against people paying for a runner although it's really not what the forum is for. But this forum would be the best place for this kind of service so I don't really know :\.
If this thread lasts make sure to take screenys of you standing outside each town with the person and you both saying something (party screen is WAY to easy to photoshop) just to help ensure safety for both sides.
Well I'll go PM some admins.

Thanks for the responses. I have had more interest in runs than I have had time to fill the orders, but I am planning to get to everyone. Please, note, though, that I have changed descriptions and increased prices of some of the runs slightly as I have discovered through repeated runs just how long some of them take, even under ideal circumstances.
People have asked a number of times what they do while I am running: you can go afk for almost all of the runs, but you should check back periodically just to make sure something strange doesn't happen. Last night a passenger's connection failed right at the end of one part of the run, so we had to meet up with him again and redo that portion for him. Those are the kinds of things that make it usually smart to at least sort of keep an eye on whats going on. Also, people often ask me questions about the game as I run, after they have died and as they watch me. Since I have unlocked 100% of the skills in the game and ascended characters of every profession, I can tell you where elites are, what stuff is really worth, what my favorite quests are, or whatever else you want to know. I'm happy to answer questions as I run, but only when it's sort of safe to type.
Finally, on the executive runs (the ascension, for example), it is sometimes necessary to be around in the desert. For the dunes of despair, for example, I often switch from a warrior to my monk to get people through that mission super easily, so you have to be at your computer to get back in the party once I have changed characters.

You guys are stupid. This thread wasn't put here so you can insult people, so if you want to do that, then do it somewhere else. Lady Blue Steel's running service is probably one of the fastest and best out there, and I'd like to see you find a runner with more experience and knowledge that charges less. IMO the prices are great, and as it says in the post, it's for ELITE CLIENTELE. If you can't afford it, obviously you don't belong in that category. You will always be able to find free runners, I do it myself, but they will be less experienced and less available.
Severe
Very well said, I'll have the full results after tonight, but so far the journey has gone extremely well.

True, I hate this

Is it possible to order a "Custom" run? Such as a run from Droknars > Iron Mines > Granite Citadel, or Droknars > Iron Mines > Marhans?

I charge based upon the number of people in the group and the time it takes to do the run, not the difficulty of the run, per se, though obviously more difficult runs also take longer.
I have been considering creating a "southern shiverpeaks tour package," since many have asked, but have been hesitant because the price would be quite high. The problem with that area is the runs are past large groups of creatures that simultaneously slow with ice, cripple with attacks, shatter hexes, and deal massive damage in tight quarters. I have no trouble at all doing the forge run solo in 20 minutes, for example, but to both copperhammer and granite citadel, there are places where I have to fight and can't just run the whole way, which makes it take longer. Additionally, I have found that it is actually faster to power through the ice caves mission than to run between ice caves and iron mines, but both take time.
Send me a message (here or in game) if you would like more information, and I'll see what we can work out.

man that isnt bad for ascension trip i been needen help with that but im on the secound step of ascension so if you could tell me how much it is to finish the rest with you guys could you contact me on my ign it is spelled right on where it shows my info and thx if you decide to contact me!!!!:^#)
Kellogs
urm so whats the point in ascending early now when you don't skip to level 20 :/
Blue Steel
Lots of people have been asking about a Sourthern Shiverpeaks tour. Here is how I have been doing the Southern Shiverpeaks - it is a dangerous area where lots of snares, archanists, and tight quarters making running impossible (or nearly so), so I fight parts of the way, or fight and then run, or complete some missions to get places. So I charge a total price, instead of a per person price, and let my customers divide up the price among as many as they can find who need the run. If its just you, you pay the full price.
Iron Mines to Copperhammer - 15K
Copperhammer to Granite Citadel - 15K
Droknar's to Iron Mines - 25K
Iron Mines to Thunderhead - 25K
Thunderhead to Grotto - 10K
Droknar's to Rankor - 5K
Full Southern Shiverpeaks Tour - 85K (I complete the ice cave and iron mines missions, as that is the easiest and fastest way to get to the areas).
If you have 7 people who all need those runs, its pretty cheap.

how much would it cost to take my monk from ToA to sanctum clay, then run through the mission sanctum clay, then run me through ascension
Blue Steel
Ascension form Ascelon is 85K now, and Ascelon to ToA is only 13K of the cost, so the remainder would be 72K.

I'm interested in getting a ticket to Droknar's from Beacon's Perch... I'd rather pay for a proven runner instead of taking a chance at getting scammed. Anyone else interested in splitting costs?
Blue Steel
The forge run is one that it is usually easiest find other people right there in beacon's perch. There are a lot of scammer or runner who cannot make it reliably, so be careful. I am happy to take people on these runs for 4K, but they are such a common request for me that I don't schedule them in advance, like I do with the executive runs. Just message me when you see me online, and if I'm free, I'll take you through.
Sentao Nugra
i would like to get to AND through sanctum cay from LA dont need to do ascension, might need it later, can i get a price??
RotteN
interesting service i must say, prices are ok, yes, you'll find cheaper on the spot but this one is an ordered service, blue simply has to "drop" everything to run you.
I just did my first big amount of running today, we ran one of our guild members to every town/mission in desert. Once you get the trick right and get yourself a decent build, it usually goes pretty solid (the teleports can be annoying from time to time)
pure out of intrest, would you mind pm-ing me which 8 skills you usually take ? (or switch for every area) I'm gathering info on running in our Guild Forums, builds and stuff, and theoretical improvement (to be tested once i get the chance)
