If you take the numbers, turn them to minutes, it comes out at 9.8333 days on average.
My guess: 9.83 days 'til Sarrows is released?

because the average though leans towards wednesday, and i know im probably wrong(sorry, i dont feel like number crunching when im almost asleep)
plus releasing a map as big as this seems a little awkward to do on a tuesday or thursday(or any other day other than wednesday for that matter)

Releasing a big update between friday evening and sunday evening would probably make the server's upload to overload since those are the periods of the week were most people play.

It's an interesting puzzle. I just recently got the test results back from our mathematical analysis tool at my university using the Sun Sunfire 20k.
I will pay 10k to whomever comes up with the correct answer as to why 12 minute increments were used.
