Ok here is my new interface and I am very happy with it. Everything is at the bottom and I keep the health and energy below the skill tab until they add an option to turn off the explaination. Actually I would not mind it so much if they added the info I actually cared about like recharge time and casting time.

I also have my conditions down low and weapons down low. I sometimes turn off the character list but since I also use a monk, I am used to having it on. I put the creature I am attacking lower down so I know when to disrupt certain skills like stomp or healing sigs...especially with my ranger or mesmer character.
