I found someone selling it in Lions arch by luck. The shield I found on a different forum. To actually find one....I have no clue. I've yet to see anyone else with either of these weapons, my reason for wanting them so bad.

Taranis Table bowwow darkmagnolia largepenis and vongimli are the only ones with weapons worth putting up, but largepenis has the best combo and maybe hte best wand but vongimli takes the cake imo, nice weapon.

The short bow is quite useful for some nice damage dealing with conjure fire. The long bow is for some basic pulling and the half moon is when i feel like it =).

Well, shortbow = halfmoon bow really. They are identical except for appearance, and I take either one if I find a good one.
As for worth, I paid 1.5k for the Vampiric, but it didn't have Vampiric on it - just purple & Enchanting. Then I paid 3k for a Vampiric bowstring with 3 lifesteal on it. THEN I paid 3.5k for a Vampiric hornbow with 5 lifesteal on it, promptly Expert Salvaged it and lucky lucky lucky got the string out of it. The 2 golds were given to me by guildmates, and the other purple one I found without the Fiery string. I am looking for 2 more halfmoon or shortbows with max damage and good modifiers to finish my elemental collection. Actually, I may get 3 more, and change the flatbow to Sundering or Poisoning. Then I will have Fiery, Ebon, Icy, and Shocking halfmoons and/or shortbows, and my collection will be complete.
