When it says "while health is above/below 50%," does it refer to your own health or the enemy's health? I've been told both by different people. Thanks!

Yup - just like almost any other dmg modifier - "while in a stance" doesn't refer to your enemy being in stance, but you being in a stance for example.

I find the lack of necro weapons disturbing.
I know those are not super. Tend to use the Cesta/Cesta combo more often then the staff. The staff will be used more the day i get a energy+5 head.
I also could use 20%chance modifiers for casting and recharing spells.
