I think there were some weps in this topic that had more than 15% while above 50% hp as well. Just browse the topic. "While health is above 50%" works just like all the inherent dmg boni.

The FIre Staff is a Crystal Desert collectors item. ;-)
Nevertheless with some cool items like these it's the best staff in the game. I wouldn't pay 25K though. =) Just farm the collectors items and buy the upgrades myself.

This axe is only found from HoH chest drops so i guess its pretty rare. I added the +30 health and the vampiric haft. The 13 axe req. is a good thing in fact because it has many benifits more crits more dmg on attacks and more base dps. You see many chaos axes but never a dwarven axe ...

The good thing about it, is it has no req. so I can use it to its full potential though that doesn't mean much. Its just funny to go into missions with it and have everyone saying, omg, is that the weapon you use? And I just laugh. I also use it to lure and for the quick extra energy.
