lol, yeah, y? barrage for grouped enemies, apply poison for singled and/or tougher enemies, frenzy should be self explanatory.

The -3 reduce is (while hexed). Stance and enchanted are -2. I wonder why it is purple as well... Imo it's better than a gold one - unique xD

It will be purple because of the 20% shorter Weakness. It will be a mod that occurs only on purples, whereas if it was 20% shorter Blind or Deep Wound, it would have been gold.

Not bragging, but its still 200k+ staff. half cast is much, much more useful for Death Magic, since most of all the skills take 2+ seconds to cast, i.e. Animating Minions etc. . .

Most Death Magic spells have fairly quick recharges and slow cast-times. 20%cast for this attribute would be far more useful hence. Usually Death necro's whether it be PvP or PvE use their secondary professions alot, tainted necro with wards or aegis/heal party, MM with heal area etc. Anyone with a brain would value this more as 10% recharge.. sadly most traders don't think of it like that :P and waste loads of ebayed ecto's ^_^
