Stat-wise, it's not as awesome as some of the other waepons up here, but I love it. It's not like 1 or 2 points is really going to make that much of a difference anyway. Besides, I got it all for really cheap. Since my drop luck is horrible, I'm stuck buying everything. 15k for the axe aint bad IMO and I found the shield so I'm happy.

Great looking axe there. Runic's are my favorite skin. And IMO 15k was great for that axe.

Imo the value will not raise much. A 6-26 vs. a 6-25 and a 6-26 15%^50 vs. a 6-25 15%^50. The difference is the same before they modded it.

Req means nothing to me. 
Even if the inscriptions don't work out as some of us are excepting, slapping on a 20% customized is still better than nothing.

You need to meet the Req to be able to do the max damage of a weapon.
You need to have 12 in a weapon to do critical damage.
When having a lower Req Weapon then that makes your build flexible as in you can use the extra points into another attribute.
