The closing post was entirely warranted; if you want a discussion, do some actual discussing, you know, give arguments to support your opinion, actually address the arguments of others, etc. Otherwise you're just turning this forum to trash.
Mods don't flame bad grammar or spelling, they flame people who don't respect the forum enough to actually use them. They don't flame Pjotr from Moscow who struggles with the English language, they flame Billy from Los Angeles who thinks he's too awesome to take an extra minute to shape up his post so people don't get a headache reading it. It's taking an important step to upkeep the quality of this forum. but i did back it up with support on post with the fact of hundrenbaldes and weapon mod link i gave.

plz dont twist what was being said, lots of threads here are repeated in some way, about green weapons for instance, should they be closed?

lucky this game get updates because soon you would be able ot search any info you need so no need to make new threads....how boring that would be.

one cannot "lookup a dictionary"...

without an object of reference a sentence is technically incomplete regardless of it's grammatical completeness...so no, technically it's not a complete sentence.

I don't believe your thread was closed because of it's redundant nature but the fact that your arguments were bland, very hypothetical, and based on few facts.
EDIT: Your last post just proved my second point.
EDIT2: I know it's makes no sense, but it's still technically a sentence.

Though, I think it is worth noting the adage, "Lead by example." In many, if not all, ways, forum quality, discussion quality, and post quality are directly dependent on the Mods themselves, so if a Mod isn't posting in a manner conducive to proper discourse, they aren't doing their job. I'm not aware of what prompted the OP here, but the point is a valid one in general, I think.

On messageboards, what power is there? Moderators. If the Mods don't post with decency...what reason do regular members have to post with decency?

seriously guys, lighten up, its a message board...i know to some people the internet and GW may be 'real life' but the internet is a place to get away from the real world sometimes....no one is going to talk lyk3 th15 when you see them on the street....so if you really want to have a 'perfect' conversation with someone, dont look for it on a message board....again, if i wanted to, I could type with all proper capitalization and punctuation and grammar and stuff....but talking like this isnt the worst thing in the world.

EDIT2: I know it's makes no sense, but it's still technically a sentence. few facts lol i could of counter any argument any one makes about the 3/1 vamp and come up with a better alternative, it was closed and i couldnt

how many facts do i need to support what i was saying?

p.s.

one on one i dont think the 3/1 is any good in the long run, after 10 attacks you will not gain 30 health because you will lose some from the -1 regen.

and after 10 attack you will only make 30 extra damage.

while if you was a w/e and used a flame weapon with conjure flame you would make MUCH more damage.

and if your talking cyclone axe with multiply enemines then the w/mo is the best and any warrior can become one, using what i said is much better then the vamp 3/1 IMO.

You gave some vague counter-arguments at first, then quickly degenerated into saying things like 'bull' when the numbers you presented were actually challenged a little, and entirely ignored other parts of the argumentation, and didn't acknowledge any possibility that you could be wrong. You call it 'feeling strongly about something', but it's pointless to discuss with a mentality like that.

If people keep discussing the same things over and over again without learning anything from the conclusions drawn, the forum is going to remain globally stupid. Why discuss anything if not to improve the insights of both sides, so we can move up from that point and discuss more complex matters?
