Btw, I'm still craving for incendiary Arrows.
Only monsters i saw using it are Lava Spitters in Ring of Fire mission.
But didn't saw any boss there... anyone care to check carefully about it when they're in Ring of Fire ?

Anyone have info on the elite necro skill: Well of Power?? It isn't listed as an Elite on this site, but it is on other sites, and it DEFINITLY was during the Beta. I haven't found it in game yet(of course i haven't gotten past denravi yet).

Yeah someone told me that they saw it in one of the snow missions so I went and ran both quests twice, no luck on seeing a monster doing it...

EDIT: In no way am I saying its not there, im just saying the 3 times ive done all the snow missions I couldnt find a monster doing it. The other person said it was a boss beastmaster, only bosses i saw were dwarves and the healer beastmasters(doylak?)

To clarify on the location of Oath Shot, it is used by the Jade armor monsters that are called "Jade Bow." You can find this skill in the Iron Mines of Mordugh, on the "T" shaped bridge that has three entrances. This bridge is found after you pass the Dwarven buildings where the troll spawns are located.
One side of the bridge leads towards the caves where the "Seer" is located, while the other side is a shortcut that leads straight to the final boss location(incase you already have the enchanted armor). Past this shortcut is a spawn for a random glowing boss, and the Jade Bow boss type has a chance to spawn there. If you fight your way past the bridge shortcut and you see a different type of boss in the spawn location, then you need to reset the level.

Hmm.. It's all well and good that you have the skills listed, what attribute they are and what build they're for, but it's completely pointless if it doesn't describe what the skills do O_o.
I just grabbed the signet of capture and am wondering what the hell I should use it on. Also, is it possible to get another signet of capture after you've used it?

About the capture signet, yeah, you buy a new one after each use.

Offering of Blood can be found on Riine Windrot[Dwarf] in Thunderhead Keep- he'll spawn at the gate in the first area you have to clear out.

uh need a bit more info ive searched everywhere nebo terance and I cant find the guy for healing hands.

Xellos > that could be done, but it seems to me that it is a lot of work for something that isn't critical, as you will get the skills eventually. Be free to do it though
About the Elite searching, there might be some that are found only in EA that don't seem to lead anywhere(mission/outpost-wise), like SW from Denravi area, or some of the shiverpeaks ones... if someone wants to wander there....
