Question, what does that .dat file represent?
I thought it contained all the gaming files such as video and music, but I guess I'm wrong since everybody's one is different.

It does, but some people dont go to updated areas, or used the downloadable 70k client like I did.

You get the base dat file during the install. Then when you first enter a new area/town, it then dynamically loads the code into the dat. Therefore the size will depend on how many places you have visited.

The second number is my second account which i have installed in a different folder. It is my least played account but it is my main storage account, which is why it's larger.

neoteo - thats YOUR opinion. If the person is having fun PvP'ing then I say good on that person. GW offer's both PvP and PvE and you don't need to like both to play the game and enjoy it.. and it's not a wasted of an account if someone only likes one aspect of the game.. if your having fun then good for you.
