WTB A good monk staff or 1 handed staff+offhand

As the title says and by good im looking for items that give me much mana and dont have any -1 regen on them

The max for staves is +10 energy, and then you can add a +5 energy insightful staff head.
There is a quest reward item thats +13 energy though but I'm not sure if its still in-game.
If it is, its from a quest around the Ascalon area in post-searing.
As for rods, the max you can have is +5 energy (while above 50% health, while enchanted, while hexed, while below 50% health).
For off-hands, the max is +12 energy without energy regeneration.
Otherwise you can get a +27 energy with -1 energy regeneration.
Hope that makes things easier for you.
