You can be lvl20 in presear if you work hard enough for it.
You can be rank100000 if you work hard enough.
Everything can be done everyone (maybe some complete morons may not be able, but the average GW player can do it).
You can say: it is more afford to ascend with lvl1 than be lvl20 in presear - I might agree, but that is not the point.

No reward? Yes. Like being rank10000, completing FOW/UW, ascending at lvl1.
Why people do this things? Why people farm for that perfect gold stormbow or that perfect gold fellblade? Isn't it pointless? No skill required and you get no reward.
But people like to do it - so who are you to tell people what they have to like? If one wantes to spend the whole weekend getting his superior vigor rune - why not? If he likes it, what's wrong with it. And what's wrong in spending the weekend leveling your presear char to lvl20? If you like it - why not do it?

The lack of social skill has nothing to do with the achievement of being the first lvl20 char in presear. If they act childish because of it - they would act childish no matter what they do.
Conclusion: stop telling people what to do with their time and what they must enjoy and what they mustn't. I really don't think you are in this position (considering how you waste your time playing games, complaining in forums instead of work hard on world peace *blink*)

its still just turd armor dyed black
O well good for her and her necro friend who is also 19th level and all dyed black.
They can continue to be lords of noob land, helping and recruiting noobs.
Its ture if you message her she wont respond.

She need not speak to peasant folk, now look in awe at the site of her black turd armor.

I think that is a pretty sad thing to do though. Anyways an easy way for her to level up, is first not to do any quests except maybe profession ones, just killing enemies until she doesnt get anymore experience. Then she can do the quests because it doesnt matter what lelvel you are you still get that much experience. After all quests are done, then she can do the stupid boring charr thing.

lol that happened as a bug back in the betas. lol I was using a PvP build in Presearing at level 20. people were like HOW THE HECK YOU DO THAT? lol but since it was a beta it didn't matter... Now if it is happening again now that we are live... that could be a problem. I didn't think you could get beyond level 15 in pre-searing, But I may be wrong. Is you can, it would take a REALLY long time I would imagine. Like WHY would anyone want to do that? lol It was interesting during the beta cause it reset all the quests again, so I was able to test them all again, and just sweep through them. originally I thought this was on purpose for this reason, but I found out later it was a bug that occurred. it was no big deal though since everything was reset when we went live.
However if it is happening again, I would like to hope it gets reported as a bug so that is fixed again...

Wow. That person sure has a heck of a lot of time on her hands. The highest i've seen in pre-searing is 10. Geez...and that is some crappy armor, wasting all that dye and money...geez...

I dont see why people are bashing high levels in pre...heck theres people with lvl 20 pets in pre. It IS a waste of time. Thats what video games are. -.-;; My ranger stayed in pre because i like hanging out in pre-sear. I usually sit around and help people get the res sig or answer questions like "Where is Foible's Fair?" and report those bots. I finally brought her to post just a few days ago because i needed extra storage space.
