I reported the bug with the interrupts, which is the delay after firing one on everything (not just using the next skill) and got this response...

Delay between skills. On this we can all agree, no? Seems clear to me.
When did walking become a skill? When did firing a normal arrow become a skill? These are also delayed, hence the bug.
Damn, useless A.net... at least they replied to you, they just passed my call to someone and told me to sod off more or less
I don't care what A.net say, this is bugged in my eyes... here's a common from another tread I posted in:
Like you said, since when is MOVING a skill?

Well consider even a dev have stated there is some kind of bug involved with them... both us could be wrong, I'm going to leave it at that since till a dev steps in and says otherwise I believe its not working as intended at all, since it makes no sense that your unable to move. The skill change says: "Added a delay after skill is used before another can be used." Doesn't say anything about firing normal shots or moving! Till a dev says otherwise I still think its not working 100% the way it intended to. |

This is not good, its actually caused me to die a couple of times in pve. Nothing like standing with an abyss towering over you while hitting the move arrows and watching your toon stand there with its arms at its sides letting the monster get in a free KD. Also when in PUG's it makes us look stupid, standing there with arms at side while danger is all around, no wonder people don't let rangers in the PUG. If I saw that I would be like WTF is wrong with that ranger! This is the worst thing they done to us rangers yet.

Its really bad when they use the "working as intended" phrase. Red flags go off everytime I read this from DEVs. In this case working as intended is something other than the patch description. Maybe if it's working as intented they could put exactly what they have nerfed/patched into patch notes next time.
you rangers are so goddamn stupid.
the delay affects everything including movement and thats just right, fair and intended.
it is not a bug just another wrong description of what has changed.
translating "added a deelay" into:
"After using this skill you are doomed by its activation time, that comes after the skill instead of before it, and forced to stand without being able to interrupt your skill activation"
Those skills activation time simply works reverse.
Ever seen an ele complaining about being not able to walk while casting?
could be worse, you could be interrupted while activating a skill.

Look Sparky, the description clearly states that the delay is in using the next skill. At the very least, if that's not the true intent, this needs to be made clear. Otherwise, based on description, it's a bug.

Well, at least you have a sense of humor, be it dark.
As for shooting through objects, that should be fixed, as should any caster being able to target someone that they don't have line of sight on as well. How can an ele cast meteor on someone it can't even see? Just as bad as ranger arrows.

The guy i quoted said the skill should read "..you are doomed by its activation time.."
That would mean mesmer interupts should have a delay too.
