Some1 Told me that u can get armors in the Under World or Fissure to, does any1 know how much armor ? Or where and any specs of it ? or maybe screens. Anything is welcome !

Here is a picture of my mesmer, she is wearing the 15k noble's chest, 15k noble's gloves, 1.5k performer's hose, and the 15k virtuoso's boots. all dyed purple. (Oh yeah, imposing mask too.)

Has anyone combined the new 15k gladiators with the the desert collectors ring mail vest? I'm thinking that could be a good replacement for the, uh, strap thing.

All the armors shown here are the 15k models you get after ascending.

You can get to droks before ascending? What? Not if you don't have a runner... Perhaps you forgot most people have to ascend and get to droks through Dragon's Lair.

Droknar's armor (1.5k armor) you get at Droknar's; you can get it at any time if you're run.
Ascended armor (15k armor) you get at Marhan's Grotto/Granite Citadel; you can get it at any time if you're run. Why it's called Ascended I don't know, but that's how it's referred to in the game update notes.
Both armors you posted were 15k anyway.

In the world of Guild Wars, the 15k armor at the grotto and granite IS called Ascended Armor. I will quote it here: "Added new artwork for the Elementalist's ascended Aeromancer Armor, the Necromancer's ascended Necrotic Armor, and the Mesmer's ascended Enchanter Armor." If you were playing back then, you know it affected the 15k and not Droknars.
Oh and the major difference is that the collectors armor sucks since it has no bonuses to element types/forms of damage depending on what class you are.

Oops - I normally play with an earth ele with 15k armor (actually, it's unien) so I don't know why I got confused over that.
15k armor is how most players refer to them because of their cost, but update notes, the Frog, and anyone with Anet refers to them as Ascended armor. Armor from Drok's is called Drok's armor/1.5k armor, and Collector's is Collector's. I don't know who you've been talking to.

Hmmm, guess it matters what char you on. Saw people posting 15k (pre or post ascend wasn't specified so figured pre cause of topic name). I posted my second char, for which the 15k was pre ascention. But i see what you mean. If you're playin the game in right order with not help from anyone (i guess some people still do that... although gw appealed to me because of all the other people in the game that played with you) than yes there isn't really anyway of gettin down there, so post ascention. But easy up, no point arguing over somethin that really depends on how you play the game out. Anyhows still a good topic. Keep posting the oh so sweet armors =)
