EDIT:Yes at req 9 id salvage the mods the skin has almost no demand, however if you dont want to risk it sell it for 5Ksih

Shield:Salvage the +30, cant see it selling beond that. Bow:Id salvage the 15^50 as well but might get a few K for it.

All of those inscriptions/mods are proberly just merch food unless you accually see someone looking for one of them. Holy vial:5K Divine staff:5-10K

About 20-30 hardly rare now but still in demand. Even im wrong somtimes .
