if it is different for each profession then the +5 energy is for a dervish or perhaps i am wrong. i found it like 3 hours ago i don't remember

a collector will give you the gloves for 35 glacial stones. they are max armor and have +5 energy

dervish hood is just primeval and the assassin is just imperial.
