my ranger is from cantha, she can open it, my monk is from cantha too, but she cant

problem occured, i got 2 purples from those chests, it never happened to me b4, (opened over 100 of em via my 8 chars, never got a purple), very wierd

ijust tried with my ranger and monk, ranger got it, monk didnt, and i am 100% sure both are the 3 rd time, glad that i have 8 chars done NF, gonna...
