Have you got a black peice of card? There should be 3 perforated edges on it. Tear them off and open it up.
If it's damage you're after, swap animate flesh golem for something useful, like [skill]order of undeath[/skill]
My original access key was printed on some card. Check to see if there are any tearable edges on the paper in case it opens up.
