Well, the build can defer based on whether the enemies in the area bleed or not.

Vabbi Chest Runs are probably the easiest for a 600 gold key (atleast that what it seems to me). Otherwise Southern Shiverspeaks? I don't know...

req9 15^50, ~1.5-2.5mil according to rareskin thread. Good mods probably get more.
