For all the offhands, unless you put it in sells forum, you can't tell what price you can get. Your already approaches the maximum stats, but...
two classes staves are usually useless. this one has bad upgrade to, so sell to merchant, or anyone offerign higher than merchant.
The staff itself is useless, and I will not pay 10-15k to salvage an item, which, at best, can only turn out +5 head with maximum value of 25k.
A1: 2k A2: 4k A5: 5k
Put it in a simple way, you would have seen 100 stormbows with 15%dmg hp>50% before you see first shield like that.
