ye, salvage it. In this game as a whole, less than 1% of all staffs are useful. Modded collector ones are way better.

I'll sell to merchant as it is, or expert salvage and sell the part for 1k or so.

i have tried to sell a 11 tactic one with 19hp and -2 dmg for 5k. Later merchant at LA took it.

since #4 is already sold, someone tell me why that 11str -2dmg enchangted shield is so expensive? That seems to me a normal item and I sold one to...

Ha, i don't even know dmg can come without penalty. You guys ever seen one beside this?

I don't sell that item since it is "relatively" easy to get. It is at north gate of draknor for 5 avicara scalps.
