I am pretty sure Izzy talks with Ensign and then... he does the really necessary things, like buffing Barrage. SCNR, as if the "bear"...

The totally useless buff to Barrage seems to be the "cookie" handed to Rangers and Necros for removing pet corpses? As compensation? Seems...

I cannot believe it that he buffed Barrage. If they continue to buff stuff that is mainly/only used in PvE to heaven, they should do the final...
