Assuming he meant 9-41 and mixed the numbers up, I'd probably still salvage and hero/merch. Maybe a few k from someone who likes the skin.

very unfortunate that it doesn't have an inhernt mod or inscription slot salvage sundering and merch or customize it and use it yourself
