i doubt you'll sell it "for quick gold" at 25k. that's a stretch price imo. i'd perfect salvage the +30 and try for 10-13k for...

I might try to sell it for 5k as is and see if anyone bites. That's around the sum of the mods and weapons anyway.

i'd merch them all tbh. might get lucky and score a few k for the gold, but probably not worth the time to try to sell

skull spear a few k for req 9 fiery blade ~5k imo, might go a bit higher my req 11 fiery gladius didn't go above 5k in Sell on here, so...

merch both imo. halo has no inherent mod, and plat staves drop in gw:en often enough to kill the market for a cripple mod one
