I bought a req 10 with the same inherent (and 20/20, +30) for 15k a few months ago. Going by that, I'd say 5-10k for a req 11.

agree. +30 and bow without the +30 are worth about 1-3k each, if you can find a buyer

dolyak prod is a pretty common gw:en drop. req 10 = hero/merch imo
