it's a very common skin now in nightfall actually. sorry to burst your bubble i'd salvage furious and merch it due to the unpopular mod....

70k or so imo "Perfect" generally means what you have there plus 20/20 sundering, but, honestly, people aren't always looking for that...

agree with rabbit on 3k max (after salvage). personally, i've merched req 9 gemstones to save time

50-60k imo .
