There is an arena for levels 1-10 in ascalon, shing jea monastary, and kamadan, and for prophecies, I beleive a 1-15 arena somewhere around yaks...

I think for this quest you are supposed to have an item, I think it looks like an envelope.

Haha, I made my profit off of em, got in on em earlier, made about 20-30k with a little bit of effort, definitely got harder to sell later on...
