Hello there, I'm still new to Mesmers, and in fact, my Mesmer isn't even Level 20 yet, so would anyone mind about testing this build out...

If you're looking for speed, I suggest you use the Terra tank, but if you want a higher chance of surviving, then use the W/Rt VwK build, or...

/signed The only reason a PvP char would need it is because he or she keeps on winning in HoH, and needs to pick up loads of items from the chests. :P
