new and can't create character

ahh, yeah.. eye of the north is kind of like the expansion to any of the 3 original campaigns i enjoyed my starter missions and will worry about...

dunno where eotn is or why i can't create character... but uploaded some pics x edit- still only 3 campaigns visible but restarting the game...

used steam to buy all four games tried to create character for prophecies, my arena net account i entered both cdkeys {trilogy and eotn} armor...
