Letter "A" in chat boxes?

Is this the worst class in the game?

This game has gone unplayable..please fix this lag.

Question about new GUILD WARS and the level system

Whenever I type something, whether it's in guild, team, trade, or general chat, there's a letter "A" on the left where I type that...

Topic. Apparently everyone that plays a sin enjoys running it and making monks mad. How many people really know how to play this class?

Every 10 seconds, character stops, pauses, and jumps all around the screen while pings get over 10,000. This is unacceptable, please fix it.

Are you able to make a level 1 character or are you required to have a level 20 character to play it?
