Two things I can't find answers for

OMG just did it first time after raging

I can stand in Chantry of Secrets for hours with a green latency indicator, the moment I enter the U/W for the quest it goes to orange and stays...

East gate of Rata Sum is so busy lol.

During Canthan NY the token drop rate was terrible in both the boxing survivor farm and the raptor cave, not sure if it will be the same for this...
