i agree with communing/spawning power needing buffs, but i have a few issues with some of the skill ideas you have: anguish- it is actually a good...
thats a great question, unfortunately i have no answer for it (il check back in and see what other people put, i'm interested too )
id agree that fireball sucks. id probably switch it out for searing heat or something like that, and immolate isn't the best either.. although...
this kinda messes up the purpose for HM farming, r7 15 ai shields, etc... i dont really know what the problem with em are, i just use em for...
