Yes it is, but its all in how you farm there. I solo vanquish the cursed lands with my 55 and net about 3k/cycle plus several stacks of materials....

Could you possibly post a map of your run for diviner's ascent? I recall trying to farm there a few times but don't remember any bosses there.
