arena: time limits and sudden death

Actually I've won 30 consecutive flawless rounds in PvP only to lose cause we got tired. So I am no slacker in PvP, this is still a problem.

4v4 matches especially random can go on and on especially if you have healer heavy teams. If there must be a winner, some kind of sudden death...
